The 2012 Victor Valley Regional Job Fair – “Local Jobs for Local Residents” –will feature more than 40 employers recruiting for hundreds of positions in a variety of industries ranging from clerical and sales to government and security. Scheduled for Wednesday, May 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Victor Valley Community College’s gymnasium (18422 Bear Valley Road), job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring copies of their resume. Apple Valley High School, the City of Adelanto, Dollar General, Ironworkers Local 433, Sonic Drive In, and The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department are just a few of the employers confirmed to be recruiting at the event. It is sponsored by the County of San Bernardino Workforce Investment Board, Town of Apple Valley, City of Adelanto, City of Victorville, and the Hesperia Enterprise Zone.
